Hey there! I just took the ACT, and now I need to send my scores to the colleges on my list. What's the process for doing that? I could use a bit of guidance. Thanks!
9 months agoHi! Congrats on finishing the ACT! Sending your scores to colleges is a pretty straightforward process. First, you'll need to log in to your ACT account at the ACT website. Once you're logged in, click on 'Send Your Scores' on your dashboard. From there, you can search for and select the colleges to which you want to send your scores.
Some colleges require you to send all of your ACT test dates, while others may only want your highest composite score. Make sure to check each college's specific policy on their website. The process might vary slightly if you selected colleges to receive your scores for free when you signed up for the ACT. If you did this, your scores will be sent automatically to those colleges.
Keep in mind that you can send scores to up to four colleges for free if you designated them in your registration, but any additional colleges beyond that will incur a fee. Lastly, take note of each college's deadlines for receiving ACT scores. You'll want to make sure your scores reach the colleges before those deadlines. Good luck with your applications!
