A scholarship award will only be made to those students who have applied and been admitted to Arkansas State University. These scholarships are for on-campus students only. A-State Online students are not eligible. Scholarship Deadline is July 1, 2024, for all scholarships EXCEPT A-State Scholar.

Awards up to $14,000 for on-campus students. Includes $3,000 for meal plan and $3,000 for housing. The remaining balance is applied to tuition and fees.
15 A-State hours on the A-State campus per semester (including one Honors course) and a cumulative 3.500 GPA. Renewable up to eight semesters.
Be admitted to the university and apply for the A-State Scholar by Feb. 1, 2024. Additional documents are required to be considered for the A-State Scholar.

Remain a full-time student at A-State. This benefit is not available for summer semesters unless the student attended A-State full-time the previous spring semester.

All students are eligible to apply for privately funded scholarships administered by A-State and the ASU Foundation. Scholarships are for full-time students and require evidence of scholastic achievement and/or outstanding ability in the area of the award.
Extenuating Circumstances Renewal AppealIf an extenuating circumstance has caused you to fail to meet the renewal requirements (cumulative GPA and/or credit hours) for an institutional scholarship, you may file a scholarship appeal based on this process.
Regain Eligibility to Institutional ScholarshipsStudents who have lost their institutional scholarship may petition to regain eligibility at the end of the next fall or spring semester.
